What's the best 3 year's mortgage with that 2% cash-back option?
Has anyone obtained lower than 3.3% rate?

I want to transfer my mortgage from RBC to CIBC too, so far, I was told that  there are no additional money I need to pay except the penalty and discharge fee, but have to pay the 2% cash back amount back if I break the 5 year term later.
