. G1 h& R4 r3 C非常好的房子。90年代做的房子质量是非常好的，真材实料。旧房子主要担心窗子旧了会漏暖气，但如果能负担70多万，换全部的窗也不是什么问题。小黄推荐的这家，窗好像是换过的。

Location is good , price is good; Is it eagleridge subdivision? The only downside is : I heard of underground water problem(too much) in this area, especially that close to the river.

不是Eagle Ridge。从 455（含） 往南是 River Ridge，往北是 Eagle Ridge。
