(8 week contract @ 35 hours a week); C3 s: W+ Q# G0 ?- Q

Key Responsibilities Include:
- t) j" F* g! Q- A/ M9 HActivity Planning and Daily Activity
4 y$ J) t& F F" Q5 A5 Z' c. R9 u• Assist in planning, organizing and relevant activities for children and youth to explore new avenues including leadership & life skills, recreation, and their cultural community that enhance their resilience, relationship building and leadership.
( [+ a# @3 m9 I5 I# I• Participate in the delivery of all programs in the areas of crafts, sports and tutoring. 0 n& l4 H5 O# N% o3 e3 x
• Participate in and lead sporting activities; know and have the ability to apply game rules for basketball, soccer and volleyball, # b# Z! E b3 F& a2 L" U2 C
• Provide proper supervision in all activities to ensure the safety of the program participants.1 x* W- `6 I9 w. q' U% Z
• Supervise the children and youth at breakfast and lunch time.
5 f3 N3 x1 n0 L! g# ]2 \4 A* _' x2 W• Help to maintain housekeeping standards by ensuring all program facilities are left clean after each activity and each meal.

• The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting
- _5 M( |+ ?) Y( \2 W2 i7 r& s• Experience with children3 z3 F3 T, _! M9 V8 j$ u/ S2 D
• Demonstrated knowledge of sporting, activity planning for youth
' s+ @ u3 P" A z; d8 y9 c% v' [% r• Knowledge the English language and the ability to support math tutoring.

• Knowledge of children’s activities and community resources: ~, @7 s7 z. { k# J; v
• Documentation of a clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check $ Q6 a# z# q* X
• Documentation of a clear vulnerable sector Security Clearance check 0 ]# R' m/ C0 a# ~: V& D1 ^( w7 |
