1. Yes, you can start learning since the moment you got your class 7. But you can not operate the vehicle alone, you need a fully liscensed adult (can be anyone, doesnt have to be a driving coach) in the car while you practice or drive.

It could be that you don't have to go to a professional coach here to get class 5, but getting educated from a professional driving school may help to reduce your insurance.4 h# ^5 {- S4 }! \+ u$ v
3. Search the posts here, tons of threads regarding driving schools in Edmonton.
