Are you sure this house have nothing that needed to be replaced and/or maintained? If you count in reno costs, it may end up as same price (or even higher than) as one in a good area. Too old an house in a not so good area, if I were you, I won't even consider to put an offer.

小区不是什么“高档”小区,但出入还算方便,附近购物比较便利。 $ B I+ f3 T m, T, Q; k房子虽然老点,但从照片看保养得不错,买二手房看保养比年份重要。" f5 A# |& R P
