是不是没有不允许 U-turn 标志 的地方都可以 U-turn？

U-turns

Do not make a U-turn unless you can do it safely and without interfering with other traffic.
# m9 v# K8 a# n% n+ M9 }$ TOutside urban areas U-turns are not permitted on a curve or near the crest of a hill where the driver of another vehicle cannot see your vehicle.

- T1 R8 J1 V# l: N5 s4 YU-turns are not permitted in urban areas in the following situations:
- ~8 \+ P; v- w; I8 R$ _* XOn a roadway between intersections.
Where a sign prohibits making a U-turn.
At an intersection controlled by a traffic-control signal (traffic lights).
At an alley intersection.
