是不是没有不允许 U-turn 标志 的地方都可以 U-turn？

- i' V' B6 R2 [) l7 ~Outside urban areas U-turns are not permitted on a curve or near the crest of a hill where the driver of another vehicle cannot see your vehicle.

2 q* d4 y8 k0 D0 V+ g1 nU-turns are not permitted in urban areas in the following situations:
On a roadway between intersections.
" k6 @! t4 s0 O! L. FWhere a sign prohibits making a U-turn.
At an intersection controlled by a traffic-control signal (traffic lights).
