My friend is looking for a condo or duplex, but unfortunately, she found the average price already increased at least 1% compared with 3 months ago, and another thing pissed her off is that most of houses she likes already gone.

4 v3 }5 Y0 T! Z  P6 LI don't know what will happen next step, but so far I believe I made the right choice to buy a condo in April.

For those who is still waiting, I suggest you to get one if u already found one. If the gas price keeps going up for next 2 or 3 months, I can't see the sign of price of dropping.

who knows, everyone wants to predict and has his own beliefs / whatever he wants to believe. But it is just a guessing game after all right? It also depends on when do u wanna buy a house, 1 week? 1 month? 1 year? 5 years?

Guessing is just guessing, who knows for sure?
