Point Pelee National Park is southeast of Windsor about an hour, near Wheatley, Kingsville and Leamington Ont.
* _. m j. Y9 j! k }It is the Southernmost land point of Canada , and other than group camping, is a day use park only.

The National Butterfly count takes place August 8th, and you can pre-register your family to take part, lots of fun for the kiddies (Too Late). q% D+ b. c$ d# J* j8 }8 [6 n
Great hiking, guides, canoe tours and rentals, bike rentals and the butterfly migration is something to see.8 F) |- L% s% b" Y
The ferry to Pelee Island only runs from Kingsville this year, not from Leamington in case your interested in going on the winery tours and hikes there.
