• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
' Y+ _7 V5 v4 [1 V• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
, c' a2 p/ ~" E& V" L5 A$ X8 E- G; X• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.

• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label./ ?: e' @* o. c* r
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. . R8 k3 K5 i4 Y+ v
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner. ' u$ j& C- A6 @- `
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
; w# n5 l: F2 Q• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.

• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.( m+ c3 v& H1 o* n

• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for" G# T6 r5 q/ p1 h, b. R; y6 O

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
+ E: J0 O) }# a J. }9 I5 y. o• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.' E& F: {% \/ `
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
* f. n5 I) G) Z0 f* S• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.

• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner ; [1 ?8 @0 w' o! r- C5 _
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups). 9 C3 u$ N4 I% u/ _6 V! @! [
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
$ C8 A- P* D7 K7 N. r• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
G$ L5 Y$ W% ^• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment

• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.0 R% d& }7 j! F) N- @' e4 r$ m
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members." M+ }( {/ s+ g: K4 L
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience! i0 e) k; D+ ^. b' g/ k. Z" ^
• Grade 12 / GED.
" g" \; U3 f( G: T+ W% r• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. - I* M4 |$ k/ P% w
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. 1 E3 l6 H( T5 x; m2 e z7 Y) o
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. `7 \) X8 I% D7 `$ |, f
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. # W- f! J( X+ ], f: _3 V
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.$ ~( d' W! u9 M4 ?; F1 B
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
