• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.
• Is compliant with Nexen corporate policies on integrity, ethics and drug / alcohol.
( e1 Y: O1 Q, i, _. O7 y• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
/ {0 T6 d5 N/ r+ q( L: |• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
7 T* h' Y; {+ n0 Cdistributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
• Preserves materials.
• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
+ W7 l8 [* S) G$ T• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
9 S6 m7 T# A$ [  l• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
" t& u6 ^: x6 U8 F. F- F• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
: _  N' b- m/ V' r• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
" g' f- U+ t, c' w) O# Y• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
" a! C# u  S- D4 x  y# y# t/ @0 ?• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
0 s2 C8 V/ {9 `• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
! F+ ]3 j, o! p/ ^; J• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
3 V3 [" {4 {% \/ ~• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
: i+ K) e3 u4 N% P1 M/ H) |9 a( w• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
$ x% V" @: F8 W0 g, g• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
' r1 A1 x8 r: o$ U• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
* S. k! V. D2 n1 [$ e• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
/ I: L7 S4 l7 s• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
7 J' m7 n/ t" t3 N' r• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
% A& e' `8 y" j3 l  \: L2 ~6 P• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
/ `& I# g" {* v' P& P% S• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

Education / Experience
• Grade 12 / GED.
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
2 q9 T, A. I8 \• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
: x3 i7 o5 w! H% K0 k• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
7 K+ S! ?0 \0 u  r) S$ V0 @• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
