Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
! o; H2 p2 r' eSell merchandise to customers
5 W9 ?# `+ z! v+ s( _Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
& h1 k1 }' B, R) NMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
/ j2 L# H' K  M& ]# d1 j8 ^: ^Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
; c( S/ }0 L3 k0 y2 ^0 }2 UHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

        Completion of secondary school is required
