Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
( y: o5 b) c3 C3 p4 A- iAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
1 `8 {/ {$ B2 t" d! zSell merchandise to customers
3 {8 M5 c; \3 K' j* O  F* uResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
0 x* A% U6 a1 S. v# O/ ^& XPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

3 K: a8 D$ Y, Y  d$ f9 o         Completion of secondary school is required
( A3 U+ V5 A/ T& J         1- 2 years  work experience as retail salesperson
