请问申请PNP，Pre-assessment是已经开始审核了么？

' W2 y$ O; j( s2 Q9 ?% W- a' t+ K' Z我有了PN File Number，是不是就是所谓的File No呢？

PN File Number is the file number that used in Alberta PNP office
6 Y( a/ P9 |& [1 B  `1 ~' K' x+ i
When you submit your application to CIC, you will get another file number which should begin with "B"
