3 [- A; h2 g4 IWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

7 z& N9 M: _8 I5 Q, E4 b  dEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
, |- Q2 W+ m- w! ^  ]5 ^. }& `' t        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

  P! i# ]) _  ZOther requirements:
' L5 L& f0 \: b        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
4 Y+ O  o0 P  |$ a: u        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
