We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.+ t! L/ a, H* S1 S$ ]: S

 University Degree, or) P& s- |5 _" T
 Post-Secondary education with specialization in a relevant discipline, or- s0 n: \9 x4 j- n$ O. q I& O
 A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.! L+ q: _- ?$ t2 S# M% H
# @% K1 n; r; ~5 k. v
Other requirements:
. z6 g, S2 r' w% E3 i! l Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
% J' d% U$ Q( i+ Z/ ^" M0 E Staff supervision and human resources experience;
% X$ P% c$ m' I Budget preparation and financial reporting;0 T& e8 {6 Y1 ]# d3 l5 o
 Procurement and service contract management;
% `/ ~ v0 y; u3 j2 e/ l General building management;& Z# s* C- R& L2 w, n( G, x% ~
 Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
' B( e' W. g! x Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
