( F& M/ \3 k% j/ a% [% H" D" GEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
2 j; Q2 C4 o( f5 ]2 p0 p1 Z        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

* A! ]4 t' e9 G; p        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
* F/ u: _3 B' L2 \        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
5 W  j- m" a0 l: e        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
" d, X8 y  t# k9 p$ Z/ C$ a        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
