9 A0 A6 ~" E/ y; ~3 {; CWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

; M1 [8 Y, y: ]- a5 uEducational requirement:  
, E  R9 R6 Y. b  }3 U. h3 J" r        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
0 c7 l$ F4 L9 x7 z" Z3 H        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

+ W) j% V2 {, j" IOther requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
0 `/ E, h% d* U9 p% Q        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
- R3 m! b. [0 V" J4 @4 }        Procurement and service contract management;
% ^+ B$ C, X2 ?+ c: a2 Z        General building management;
" G$ z& M/ _7 e- G: X( y8 E        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
