% S1 W* {7 m- F$ Q# Q6 EWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.
/ o* g% M8 V6 M4 `, j& z) v* A
6 e0 u# W1 z0 R! r7 x# v5 QEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
1 p) E% y0 g' X8 P4 s' B        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
7 ~7 H; n# _, j9 e- w+ I! W        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

; c1 S! e+ B7 B. F1 IOther requirements:
# w2 ~6 r" y) Z        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
5 {, K% W6 m! ]/ Z: |4 _6 e3 V$ e& l        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
6 o7 |5 ?/ N6 K8 K        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
( b' ]6 y) v  {2 I0 ?7 T) e! F        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
. K0 \- d4 Q4 J        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
