We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
1 D+ c8 ?6 l9 C( a* w! l( ^5 q8 ~        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
' H0 V5 i# r! U3 D        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
; A. s- e; n5 o  ?  L6 I        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
/ {+ A0 @/ h' |$ @        Procurement and service contract management;
! b, F8 ^" S. c9 s( u3 U        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
