) o4 S; U8 n' HSupervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
9 A3 p3 z- Q. F; ]& {8 c7 m  ~% zAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
) q1 p" S' }, n& a8 MMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
) x; l# U. v& Z9 a( h9 }Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

        Completion of secondary school is required
6 N2 A) V' D* }/ F; V! b: n         1- 2 years  work experience as retail salesperson
