) L8 R" x! u5 u3 L! g( W# IWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.* E( m: D# b3 X6 U/ w1 A5 a$ Q- v

, }; C0 q7 T) K4 ~% {• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
. ?. k! [* L% ~4 S: z• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
9 s9 w% c3 e* ?. F; |# Z• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
; J: l* C7 s$ ?* H• Promoting TBL products and services % C5 ]/ R5 I9 ]9 h, o7 }) m4 z
• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
( [, u+ w9 W; B4 |1 T$ Q• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
# S# h% X; \. e' a8 x) f3 j$ R• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta

• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program

• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience

) x7 ?: n4 L. b0 E: K• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
