The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.

+ l" m8 k( }1 a& wWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.! b; `4 q( Z% s0 R0 o/ F

Position Summary9 U) J1 {5 R; d) q7 D

' ~. a- s7 X+ A•        Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations 6 w4 ?" j2 O; R, p3 z- c
•        Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings " \% A/ o* f, f
•        Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
9 X- m4 E) L9 V. J; a/ z& W; O•        Promoting TBL products and services
; j$ a- n' @& x8 [* ?) P+ q•        Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance - m: q5 x7 U4 L* C7 Z5 ?9 u% q
•        Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables 7 J* b$ o0 A6 B. w
•        Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta ; M- Z5 t; f( c, Y0 q
•        Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
5 Y5 M6 Y+ V) P# V# l  k% T! K•        Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program + j' |+ I: {, g0 k
•        Arranging catering for various meetings % V5 i4 R( @" I) L6 e% I" Y
•        Opening and closing of The Business Link Office
5 f, w! t0 ^0 I2 D, u; }2 u2 C•        Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

Education and Experience

1 {4 F; \6 C9 k7 [' U( x$ t0 F- \•        Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience 9 F3 T3 y& s( I. y. q
•        Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
! k" W/ Z. J$ W" x# X1 _•        College Certificate or Diploma in related field.

        Problem solving skills to define problems and recommend practical solutions

        Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking abilities
