Our mandate is to provide access to information and resources that will assist entrepreneurs and the small business community to start and grow their business. The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.

1 A; D, X0 G6 W4 d D* s2 f" p# s! \We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
) o q$ K3 h* y5 ^( R• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
3 ], g/ o0 k8 S/ q2 F% e, v• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach

• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance , \7 ~8 e* L9 c" l' _ Y
• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
" l9 K/ O6 B% U( q• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta # R2 e7 q [0 w0 y! b: J
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry0 E1 r2 s) z9 k5 w5 A) a
• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program # X% t8 \$ _$ ^, V7 ~" W: U4 o
• Arranging catering for various meetings $ L. ?! T2 F' [ f4 b
• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office 3 C9 O4 J e' O) O( U
• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

Qualifications

Education and Experience. K2 H/ v- J: ]. s: W7 R

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
6 M9 Z2 E" U9 G+ c. I3 V• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling! }! {# \1 T4 k& L5 k
• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.- u3 k3 d3 V* e! O* I$ |, _

 Strong work ethic
