8 I8 A5 n" P2 \& _0 NJob Duties / Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
/ ]  D( u: Z! I. o" h/ p• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
" V0 d# t2 C5 F* M" z* p8 Q  l' T0 _• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
5 F9 p4 E1 H3 s• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
3 l3 A  P( i7 @& V% _/ }" }3 I• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
, V8 D8 E- \5 f' n• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
