Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;  
5 x' {4 o2 ?# t3 P0 K# s
Wage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
; G7 [+ H, B1 ]$ O! OSchedule: Flexible 2-3 days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (with the possibility of becoming full-time);

Skill/Education/Experience required:
- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- |) U) v9 W/ c3 y( N- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
" W+ @0 u0 I0 o) c3 c3 ?) ?* ^- Paying attention to details;
- ^* l' C' B7 e3 X2 K7 W- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- Post-secondary education preferred;

- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
* w. x% Z( ^0 K2 w6 ]$ H$ a- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
