C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
, ?7 P) V& P: Z7 b2 qDuties:
4 Y/ J" `; t- e: o( k! I) @•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
1 L% P9 U* e; T0 X% N) E- H: J, S•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
  x# P7 r1 ^1 @" L$ f7 [$ N6 E•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
& i; a& G* I& {' b; X6 d•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
' J8 E4 [# t/ d& w•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
. }/ b0 H- l1 x# v& Z0 R; K1 P4 v•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
( h( ~' r, g- Z* ]% _/ [•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
7 E1 V8 a% B! x' i+ a•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
! s5 r3 I( J6 j. a& `$ M•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
1 q# ^5 C6 K* \: P/ v8 l•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
2 n4 o( J0 l0 X2 {/ k•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
  x# F/ D) g0 u2 m' }6 C+ |( p•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
