* ?! _, ?3 |/ v6 Q4 l# WC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
2 P' o) P6 B* l1 L: E& t  |  DDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
% C4 U6 \0 j+ @' H•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
; N3 F# n. r5 Q( v7 K•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
. _# y, L; F7 C. \" ~1 k•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
- S# {* c/ R: m- [•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
5 M9 l8 X# L* Q: y) A& ~+ Z•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
