C# Systems Analyst

- ^% N6 J/ F- u7 j2 P( G7 k1 }; \C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
% r' S% y5 j, k( PDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
3 F1 U* d! j5 [6 \•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
$ `( ^/ }( [6 d6 x0 z•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
& p. E5 d+ \- v# _% g* t  P: {•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
& K* X1 N! L$ Q$ Q•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
0 P9 }5 L. {- o9 u, L. O•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
& t- P, g" z% [•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
+ d* [) D( i" A8 P  ^' R* {, ZMandatory Requirements:
; U, O" ^: Z# F' ]% X•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
$ A. M) {7 I# o( S7 m•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
' h, T# H% k# |. v•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
+ L( p9 P7 Q" I/ N- O& L•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
" `7 Q, Z, f  }•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
/ ^* {5 z1 e- i8 X•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
