C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
" e, h7 k" F+ x+ @- [* dDuties:
/ V4 {) P/ v0 F•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
4 ^. f4 F+ S: E" g: e" p•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
- F4 y" E/ \  i" j! |3 b) |•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
4 @& J8 W# @( s$ y& r# V! G•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
7 D0 T. l) {) ?$ P3 n, Y6 B9 \- @•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
7 |6 {' R* s& T•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
* b1 g2 V4 W& S8 h0 O, x) l' y" d•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
7 u. i4 j. b0 J2 {* H$ b, v2 o" u•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
- y7 D/ g% B" P& J# {•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
- ~/ g5 }( w0 n, [( c•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
- F6 a, w" L& F, g- sDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
$ `: W& `' Z* _7 C) G! p2 B. E•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
