  L* S8 u1 R5 W) L! p  ^C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.

: r+ O& @+ Y( f•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
' y6 ^: m# k. g  t  I" j( n9 V•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
2 ]) {* j; q7 A6 v! ~5 k& @6 q+ j•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
7 H% m9 N+ o  k+ U! d1 [2 Y; p•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
5 {) e% h  \9 U# H7 {•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
. F9 _+ P! p) a) |* I•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
5 a. q, N4 m: d1 e  e" b& @+ {•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
' ~5 o5 @3 {% t: o3 t9 R6 d- K1 TMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
- v- r, |% p' o/ V•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
, ?- f5 U  |; \2 p) P; I•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
/ d: R* J  }- k  ]1 b1 C0 n* k•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
) p! q1 y4 e- X% e•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
1 ?* b2 Y, L" u, J# N; G•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
/ l1 o! y/ H1 [2 B, y•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
