% e1 Q5 r$ t( BC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
3 h# A, F1 f6 [+ `- O( p* M& vDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
; u) w1 B& c% e0 C% M•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
: d0 p$ W3 h9 d$ _- Y! U•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
' r: u; L9 g. J: F% B# C•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
7 N" H; d% @; w3 H# m. m# ?9 a•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
* d# E' }9 n8 G•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
& ?* B( @; O' ?8 f* G1 k•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
8 b6 N# M" W8 R) q6 z3 }- Z" ]9 v•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
" h$ _% K% I, h& p2 u•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
