C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
( M5 [* Z; B% U8 n4 w•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
$ F  ?/ Q+ B3 G4 G/ J" l7 q•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
! G+ n0 f9 g1 t4 \' ~. J! A+ ?2 P•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.

" J: p" ?1 ?/ j. u; d8 }: \•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
7 W8 q) ]7 V# A2 D4 B•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
! C9 F  Q' p9 d( W8 x9 b•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
9 G# g5 J3 \9 |( s9 EDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
