C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
  y- \7 j: r# J* dDuties:
* \6 [! b6 _) N3 |•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
& F; S/ O- {, M•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
* ?) B5 V+ s0 q/ y•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
1 b+ X: y: e  l  R•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
" l; @: X5 m4 v" y$ Q" A•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
* l% B0 N! W+ P" b' `. K•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
( g" t1 o) q& r0 j5 ?•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
/ l( b6 o# S& v5 e% e- Y" y: f•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
3 w+ c' \. m$ S5 V4 q+ v/ ?•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
8 ?& o7 P# b, S1 o7 s; z•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
8 A  Q6 O8 ?' k6 K; [Desirable Requirements:
2 i7 Q# T" U( T1 G# F& b•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
