(i.e., a doctor's note) is not required for student absences due to

influenza virus is contagious and is spread person to person via close

doorknobs and can spread when people touch contaminated surfaces and& B' }# N0 r3 T/ g% v9 }/ S7 ~3 l
then unknowingly transfer the virus to their eyes, nose or mouth." U& h# \) k* X4 ]& J
Practicing good preventive hygiene (e.g., wash your hands and cover your. U; X/ u; i6 o" x
cough) and following the self-care practices as outlined by Alberta0 J. g- Y8 A2 z6 b
