Job Duties / Responsibilities
& E5 Q2 h" V1 x6 W. k: F7 V* b$ H- N• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) / K7 {( R2 i4 H$ J& O
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
, D, C* e" H( [2 b• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
7 ^( r" w5 ]- a$ I& k a" y• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;! e$ K# n! i$ _ D+ n) v! g
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;

• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).& y8 j+ t, l1 v5 T2 R8 z

• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; 5 a* i- I3 |# Q. W: W% d, O9 Z
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; * N! c4 z- j! z, w, H; }% q# |% s
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
5 U+ b7 \5 O1 P e5 k ~# Q' i• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
