Job Duties / Responsibilities
x% J' e' b. ?• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
% U# ` N; }+ H/ K; @• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.& G- F7 d, P s5 t. b
• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award. & j! K; V3 u, a
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
* I' s3 W2 g) O# z$ n" Z• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;
: ?9 O- C/ |* S0 D3 E, H• Perform applicable post contract award management activities; + P$ H2 S0 U2 a3 I3 f
• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.)./ Z3 D9 _$ s0 N( \' n$ O% |" P

• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; ' E1 @6 d* O/ n
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
