市场可能开始slow down了，全市本月到今天共成交280套。

! X- o$ s2 v: R不过好房子还是很抢手，我明天有个房子要看，今天已经有9个offer了。

Ratio: 73% (74%, 81%, 71%)

+ [8 X' D' L: X' E, m' }8 ?: C3 z4 dNet loss/gain in listings this week: -64 (-243, -32, -26)
Active listings for single family homes: 1784 (1792, 1933, 1954)
Active listings for condos: 1472 (1485, 1576, 1560)

% w: s, P  R2 s2 R2 _More of the same this week, falling inventory, stronger sales than last year and lots of activity for single family homes, especially those priced under $500k.

现在看，很明显往上跑。
这将是一个“暖冬”。

关键是市场上好房子不多!  
$ u1 `- S( J9 z  Y- ]4 y. p3 X
% x7 @7 u- y$ W4 Q以SW为例，不是在靠近大马路，就是离高压线近，要不就是Corner Lot，转了一大圈下来，即便把价格范围从45~50W扩大的50~55W，能看得中的房子还是少得可怜。只有继续等等了！
