9 _# B9 S3 H9 }+ a  S: G$ g' s# Z) DThe Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors.  Responsibilities include:8 s. l' W/ c2 w. Z1 ]" B

; e. f7 I. t( Z3 a/ ~/ a·         Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.

·         Coordinating the purchase and issue of service recognition items, member name tags, and business cards.

·         Verifying cash submitted and preparing bank deposit.

·         Two years diversified word and information processing experience.! {0 _/ g. C8 Q: r

·         Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including some lifting, bending, and carrying material.

SALARY RANGE:

21M, Salary Grade: 006, $1,053.13 - $1,307.68 (Bi-Weekly), $27,486.82 - $34,130.38 (Annually). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton.
