Pudding Recipe

Milk 500c.c& N5 o8 J3 i @' Z T6 Q3 J# l7 j" L

egg yolk 1

& A7 ~ s. B' M+ y Y1 L% Z1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)
- z% S: @% o) n: h' s# k2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.' `4 x9 D2 P% r7 I
3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely1 t _7 _7 z' _
4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)' V3 m0 B v4 l7 z' ~5 L
5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

Milk 130ml

7 _: k, k t' C9 msugar 40g+30g
" S+ J. X# h+ @3 L% U0 ]: W% ^vanilla extract 1/2tsp, S+ i8 r* T5 b
@: E4 R4 e/ L1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled
) f& `5 T$ n% U% I/ D! d$ F4 f* S/ Z. J- U$ O2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar # A4 S7 f" @3 `$ L( w1 C
3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)
& a1 x; g4 q6 N" @0 B6 S4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well

' @, B2 H2 ^/ b% b9 J用第二個recipe
5 N T j! m# v$ K( m喜歡硬Q點的放幾個全蛋: b+ ^; c/ D) I7 S/ B3 U7 C0 y
有蛋白就會比較凝固

不知道那個步驟出了錯

雖然沒有統一布丁好吃
