& Z$ e8 q* q5 r! R) F4 ]1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)

$ S' K1 V3 m x* a, C! U1 V5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water$ Q% S& I- o3 i+ a/ G

sugar 40g+30g

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled6 Q% Z. w [7 P0 a O/ Y
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar
' S" `* B1 w! C, N3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)
! O8 `% k% K( M6 w* h" {4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well
* M& h( B' a; S$ x6 A3 O' E5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water: ^' t8 }3 \; Z, h$ T

不要加蛋白

喜歡硬Q點的放幾個全蛋

不知道那個步驟出了錯
