. j2 F. \- D+ a5 h& ?9 X9 Brange - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
1 o1 B6 ~* U; o, e9 T/ \) VSchedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

) ?+ L- V* v; i" E& B' P2 dMust be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
-Paying attention to details;
( x* S4 ^& `6 n8 `3 {! {- Good time management and organizational skills required;
" m: z$ f: ]8 c7 x+ m& e& C-Post-secondary education preferred;
: r  h) P- w; s+ ]! H7 R-previously related office experience preferred;
( J- p: U0 C# l: k' q- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
' w3 c9 ?9 N6 [2 M/ v: ^- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
8 B, ?0 G! s1 v; B" J! h- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
; U/ ]9 u0 Z5 U/ s) J3 Z- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
