Is looking for a long-term Full-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;

range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

4 W7 l, H( a9 d6 m4 wMust be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

-Paying attention to details;
- Good time management and organizational skills required;
-Post-secondary education preferred;
+ V5 U* f* Z& Z. Y7 i5 w-previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
7 t* x8 P5 Q. o  Y* `5 ?- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
+ n, N# b1 v5 A/ i- E9 P: c# a  D- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
