Position Responsibilities:
) K+ W. e" w% s# r" j& X/ H•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
+ w; \* U" P, A& t, f9 o% I•        Identification and replication of software defects  4 ~0 x% `0 U9 I% X3 ]' c2 F
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  9 u, Z6 @# g4 m! w7 p" U, \+ Y; l* x
•        Managing customer expectations ! k. s5 S* w% g' A; O+ d
•        Documentation of technical procedures
+ c" }$ o5 H, J. e+ A•        Trouble shooting client network issues
+ P9 z' `- Y8 M6 P' U4 C. E•        Optimizing system configurations  ' u; v' I- m" p5 h& q
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) ' l. Q8 F$ S# r8 m/ C) O; X0 k
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system 0 t& `  U5 E+ t& k
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. 1 r# w/ A* R3 H

•        System training
* m- q$ T1 q% d  N# D, n•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin, g8 w' y1 h& g
•        Work evenings as required5 |) {, a+ j, Y) Z9 i
Skills and Knowledge Required" e7 E; O" [" [; Z4 ]! s. x8 t
•        Customer service skills ; ^4 t1 x6 e3 Q( e3 e* L, w
•        Technical writing skills 6 k8 d6 m& \2 o6 ~6 Y2 B- u3 J& `
•        C++ development skills . p  {4 o/ }" r, i
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills ' L3 ^5 l, b3 i5 O
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

•        Ability to work independently

•        Technical degree or diploma
