Position Responsibilities:5 e( ]% i2 w4 o. j
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control+ M& e: H' b3 |9 a* ^- r) S
• Identification and replication of software defects
& G% P* C+ o2 ?: L( [• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ; e7 a$ o/ A5 L1 h0 s
• Managing customer expectations
* L3 y. x$ [5 F! h3 c. ]5 v• Documentation of technical procedures
& x2 k- z; n6 ^& C& i F/ g• Trouble shooting client network issues * F5 D# V6 z4 q' q
• Optimizing system configurations 7 Y5 }1 o5 {8 t8 ?7 A- D
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) ) i# w: d$ U0 T3 p. J+ V5 \
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system ' D/ i& o6 Z* w) p
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Customer service skills

• Excellent interpersonal and team skills

• General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
