•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control, ^! P; m. B  [3 N( u' e$ V' g
•        Identification and replication of software defects  1 e3 r/ {( [) H1 ?) t$ ?$ C
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
( ?; B" R0 d% m•        Managing customer expectations
  ~5 Q1 }: m2 U# {/ S•        Documentation of technical procedures

•        Optimizing system configurations  5 m; z* j& {; C& n
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Technical writing skills

•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills 6 }1 M5 v+ v, M, x) Z# q

Experience and Education
9 {8 ?$ t7 _/ L  O" w•        Technical degree or diploma - r5 n: K$ O, W9 c7 X
•        2 years experience in a technical support role9 s8 ]* e" S! L( D* J! c
