Position Responsibilities:+ f; c. A H* H* Q( A( i
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control+ G) n( Z6 J. M
• Identification and replication of software defects

• Documentation of technical procedures - k q( S. u2 h, m4 }# G2 L6 C8 P: r
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) # d# }" Y1 ^+ \' z+ {1 g
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

• Customer service skills

• Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
