Position Responsibilities:
) R# \0 {1 e' d+ V# ?9 z•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
! H9 `$ Q( Q! d- ~" e7 S•        Identification and replication of software defects  
; \. R$ A; J$ U/ a•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
, Y9 r" a+ U9 r, a. {+ j  N•        Managing customer expectations
% h$ f0 `& k* I# D* k•        Documentation of technical procedures
- i9 i" m5 [. h  J+ D•        Trouble shooting client network issues ' A1 j' D3 {! @# N  j7 ]/ ]
•        Optimizing system configurations  
, M9 a" ~7 O" g6 L8 Q0 x•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
* u9 w! H# b7 R' S•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
1 h) s+ ]+ F1 {•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin0 v' A' J' g8 {& I2 a
•        Work evenings as required

•        Customer service skills

•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.. b$ j) s1 U) I. p* I2 N4 K
•        Network trouble shooting skills 6 k; ]- K2 h; @7 H- j8 [
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills

•        Ability to work independently

Experience and Education- H+ `( r& K9 _) H( d
•        Technical degree or diploma # t4 H3 ~1 b: U& {! A
•        2 years experience in a technical support role
