6 ]% X0 J/ D2 L, a/ K2 c3 B. b. D•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control2 M. `% ^% e0 M& z0 v3 o
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
% g6 I4 j" f, c9 R8 K3 K& j•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  ; C! ^+ L2 g7 F, O. [" c8 W" v5 x
•        Managing customer expectations 1 W. r; j" r+ z. j2 \" S
•        Documentation of technical procedures
  b/ V' o7 z* r( e•        Trouble shooting client network issues 8 B$ M; i8 e6 j% Y9 r% ]4 I. L. Z
•        Optimizing system configurations

•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system $ J& ~3 M; Q* j& g+ n, E
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

Skills and Knowledge Required1 m% g" J& u; b, s3 L
•        Customer service skills
. F& ?" ^* U" I' T% M; \•        Technical writing skills

# S) W; z  i( [" U& D•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments 4 N  a0 j. }3 e; }
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

Experience and Education
7 C4 S4 @+ Y- t5 K3 L•        Technical degree or diploma ' N/ d; b8 {* [! z& Q/ M
•        2 years experience in a technical support role5 @$ Z: D( D' g  t
