6 ]% X0 J/ D2 L, a/ K2 c3 B. b. D• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control2 M. `% ^% e0 M& z0 v3 o
• Identification and replication of software defects
% g6 I4 j" f, c9 R8 K3 K& j• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ; C! ^+ L2 g7 F, O. [" c8 W" v5 x
• Managing customer expectations 1 W. r; j" r+ z. j2 \" S
• Documentation of technical procedures

• Optimizing system configurations

Experience and Education
