1 u8 l. n% u# l5 d1 ~• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
! h- e5 p' `8 i' G9 ?& Q+ G- u• Identification and replication of software defects
9 X$ F* ]( O- U( w. ]• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 9 y% |; R" u$ y! L$ }! Z( B
• Managing customer expectations 3 L1 w0 K n( c0 ^" ~
• Documentation of technical procedures 0 m' q& i7 `3 D
• Trouble shooting client network issues 4 ^$ T4 N( r+ s
• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
