( I2 o' a' B x- b+ q• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control0 i6 e; I4 B. Q3 T9 [4 t
• Identification and replication of software defects
1 b% [6 c) P. Y4 C4 v• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
, S, [+ ^6 s; i( c2 V; H% M• Managing customer expectations
9 N( m5 c9 h5 V# R$ e• Documentation of technical procedures * h! w: U0 M: u7 y5 w+ H k
• Trouble shooting client network issues , U# k! x0 n, S' t- W" V/ W3 h
• Optimizing system configurations - d' W( k4 E7 z$ x/ S
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 8 Z- z! \( c$ q/ x6 U5 k
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system 6 D8 v ?1 E0 f
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. 1 Z9 V) `6 q9 d# T

• System training

Experience and Education
