Position Responsibilities:
! ?6 |# g# H" C, Q: O•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
' |5 N$ n: \, \8 t* w•        Identification and replication of software defects  
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
. I2 [9 r) M# F$ `! K9 A1 w2 E* i•        Managing customer expectations
; Q7 R' X, i; C- r" s8 ]# b•        Documentation of technical procedures
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
* X0 n9 O( m4 x0 U) q* H! }8 F•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training

•        Work evenings as required

•        Customer service skills

•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
•        Network trouble shooting skills

•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

•        2 years experience in a technical support role
