Position Responsibilities:
* f$ \+ M) n) b5 d5 p" X7 m/ D/ G•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
7 m% q  d& D3 t$ Q•        Identification and replication of software defects  # C" \- D2 e! E! }' {
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
0 O0 O4 K" G  r. e. ~! P•        Managing customer expectations ) P6 ?4 U$ e$ O1 h9 f
•        Documentation of technical procedures 4 _( n) r+ _' n5 T6 |( ]6 a
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
9 r: c* I/ }% S! Z4 y•        Optimizing system configurations  
8 z/ @( n: `+ p+ f; {6 [( L•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
5 u# ]' f" n4 ^) @* |•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system & n2 w/ z* y) U+ R
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training
) ~& D/ h( _; a•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Skills and Knowledge Required  l; Y2 O: \  l8 Y
•        Customer service skills
  P3 \) I; P% O2 S8 N4 J•        Technical writing skills   n. s8 p8 K- ?; e
•        C++ development skills
/ r% \+ O; B6 D) @3 |+ Y. X4 H0 g9 Z•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills 4 h0 j3 }( A" c& q  n  e0 R
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments ! J0 y  j/ h/ v9 ~* Q
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement) $ ?% p. g; M& b) g1 y
•        Ability to work independently
