• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
4 E5 _0 Q# a* W$ L. H• Identification and replication of software defects
3 K/ V& c' u% X, `) Z• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

• Documentation of technical procedures
$ O& h* V" Y2 i7 q5 K• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
