请教大家一个问题，我买了一个新房，马上就要 pre-occupancy walk through了，但发现墙和BASEMENT的水泥地有一些裂缝, BUILDER解释 "it looks like building is settled and generally it happens during first year, but I will  take no risk and check all walls and telepost in the basement to make sure everything is o.k." 请问,这个回答可靠吗? 问题严重吗? 我可以做一些什么吗? 非常感谢

如果你不放心,最好另外找人看看,新房子一般都有小裂缝的

It's true, not much thing you can do about it but you can insist the builder to pad it up with cracks filler.
