After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. 8 S! X3 _- L+ L6 B

$ q+ y2 w% r4 `5 O# l+ x( D5 {We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains., F- r1 K, ^& z" Z- \2 B1 U
Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.
+ S& j# h& n7 G& ~0 dThe problem should be inside the bucket.: B/ s8 v3 h& U0 B8 V+ g( \
0 F/ u4 b4 C2 \8 V$ p. G: c. bWhen the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
* T. F9 Q: c7 H: X: h& pUse a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
$ i2 k+ f# y- k! [8 u2 {+ g$ N) pConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.# G, a' m* ?5 h4 [* @

The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
) o8 W" k/ V' n0 v: Z" ]: T" oThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
@, R" n1 G6 j" ?, s& p+ C It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. 2 Y6 C0 [2 y1 r/ r; W# m: N; S
3 U6 D0 ~8 w1 e$ y5 o2 G0 ]' kThe coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
