+ N, s! U% ^' P4 p/ i6 A5 ~/ M( h After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

6 A, V- H. A" e( V8 FWe isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.
" h1 V3 z5 I J ]+ r( ]; g* F. i$ ?Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.! m! G' u# I, t' h8 }
The problem should be inside the bucket.( f' s9 L0 W( g$ z6 t- Q# H/ g

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.2 s# H/ S" O8 K; s
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.5 ^5 J. r$ p/ d3 D% F- W, z! h6 Y
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

% `3 V& O3 _$ l3 G% V5 t( M( t- YThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
, ^8 b$ d+ j" ]- [ ^$ p. T& c6 k5 a* jThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
9 F8 E: _6 S* s* j$ a2 Z It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. ( |8 ]1 [; ?( N& E% S- F7 j

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
