THE PROBLEMS NEED TO BE RESOLVED 请教高手汇诊难题

0 ~4 Z# k8 [) `6 BThis week our crew got a task to fix a big problem. It is a disaster. As shown in F1 and F2.
Tray A ,which is 36 inch wide, runs vertically from ground to the top of building, Total is about 40 meters long.
Tray B , which is 36 inch wide, runs horizontally about 25 feet, then go down vertically to the ground.
1 @1 V3 U) b+ N5 |4 D4 U+ lIn the tray B, there are about three hundreds cables which run in a terrible mess. Most cables go closely the one side of the tray B, like cable b, c. See F2.  About 30 cables go the outside of the tray B, like cable a.  About 15 cables go like cable d. See F2.  Cables like a, b, c are hard to separate. Cables like c can’t be moved by hand.
, F- t/ b9 p9 a6 l0 Z2 K2 MIn the tray A, there are about 200 cables that run in a terrible mess too. Most cables run like cable e, f, g. See F1.  It is hard to separate cables in tray A too.
Seven guys to do this job, four come from our crew three come form another crew;  
Our job is to separate cables into bundles and make them like tidy.
Facing to this disaster, we, even foreman, do not know how to do. Our foreman told us” first be safety, second be happy, take your time be patient, try to do best that you can do.” Until now we do not have strangle idea to resolve this problem. We also do not know how long we can finish this job.
; D6 [6 `' H! z  i$ t% f9 p/ GTow guys and me will fix the problem in the tray B.  Others will fix the problems in the tray A.
I would like you to give a method or an idea to resolve those terrible problems.
My work place is west north of RHC(PCL INTRACON job site). The highest building beside of 15th AV. It is also North of 421 A and 421 B. job site is at four floor. Next Monday I will be here. Welcome to check and talk if it is possible.

经过工会各级领导鉴定，发现这些cables都是由一个白痴工头和他所领导的20个白痴电工所装，所以，最简单的方法是剪断所有cables，清理干净，重新run！

如果有充分的时间，而且有一头还没CUT IN,只能从一头逐根电缆理顺，每理顺一段，绑好TY-RAP,直到没CUT IN 的一端，部分电缆快到尾部可能还得抽回来.如果没有足够的时间，或两头都已经CUT IN了，可以将一小困电缆上面得电缆整直，整一段绑一段，没有仔细看，也很难看出里面其实是一团乱麻。

$ ~  t, n' q. ]3 g7 l2 _- VSome cables go from D to C and others go from E to C, then from C all those cables go to B to A , some go up and the rest go down.

From F to G cables are messed.
1 d0 ~% c% L+ I5 i! WFrom F to H , all cables in tray A have been fixed with Tie-wrap.
Up G cables are in the tray A but are not tired
In tray B:
* f! {& B* B0 lFrom A to B; cables are messed.
$ m! u5 j* h$ D7 wFrom B to C ; cables are in the tray but are not tired.
From C to D cables are in the tray but are not tired. After D is another building.
From C to E all cables in the tray have been fixed with Tie-wrap. And at E all cables have been terminated in the panels.

看来从头理打脚是不可能的了，没到现场我不感肯定，是否可以将每6-8根整成困，太长的往弯头赶，最终压在下方，这样是最简单的方法，不过经部起人们细看。

A solution to the problem
9 F/ ]8 L& J! Q& Q3 z" \The idea: rerun the cable if it is in a mess.
Task one: If the cables from H point (panel position) passed A, G, then went up. These cables were pulled back and placed above F point
Task two: If the cables from E point (panel) passed C, B, A then
a) passed G, then went up,
b) passed F, then fell down,
These cables were pulled back and placed between A and B.
% J: u. s$ a* G! c2 ~0 p" ITask 3: rerun all the cables which had been pulled back and then rerouted them to the devices.
(Because there are more than one hundred cables that will be in this tray, the cables which had pulled already placed on one side of the tray.)
The task had completed yesterday.
It was a huge job. All members of one crew took almost two months to complete this job. The cost, I guess, is about two hundred thousands dollars (二十万) for resolving this problem.
