Turn around mean shutdown.
It could be the whole plant or part of the plant shutdown, depend on the schedule.

7 H9 [) I! X, W; {) @5 m, w- ?I printed the words above at a paper. I presented it at today’s morning safety meeting and asked the meaning of “TRUNAROUND”.. There were nobody really knew the meaning of “TURNAROUND”.
2 Q1 h( i' x4 |) w% ~One local 424 member said” TURNAROUND means ten days on 4 days off.”
  |' U3 c1 b$ q/ Z9 ^  T5 D1 g  t  L0 nAnother said:” maybe means shutdown.”
6 w0 P+ n5 h# ^' U( K, NMy foreman said: “ I am not sure. Maybe it is a couple of days. It is better to call the dispatch office to know.”
