Turn around mean shutdown.
. e$ [2 O$ I( B  K. L$ ]/ JIt could be the whole plant or part of the plant shutdown, depend on the schedule.

4 j& R2 [( |; {5 BI think you are talking about Suncor main plant, here in Suncor Firebag we have 2 weeks of turnaround in September.

You'd better check it out before you take this job.

I printed the words above at a paper. I presented it at today’s morning safety meeting and asked the meaning of “TRUNAROUND”.. There were nobody really knew the meaning of “TURNAROUND”.
4 j8 o5 |5 G* L) EOne local 424 member said” TURNAROUND means ten days on 4 days off.”
Another said:” maybe means shutdown.”
My foreman said: “ I am not sure. Maybe it is a couple of days. It is better to call the dispatch office to know.”
