I tried to fix a leaking problem of hot water from the kitchen faucet. I shut off the inlet main water valve and the valve under the sink. As the water should be completely stopped at this moment. But when I removed the cartridge from the faucet the hot water still runing out of the faucet. Why did this happen and what is the possible cause? 0 N( {( t- ?7 }! `1 o4 w' A* k. F9 D
Is there something wrong with the pressure in the hot water tank? Does anybody know how to relieve the pressure inside the tank? 7 A" w! e7 O7 Y' i: R0 V5 W+ q+ Q3 J8 y6 z7 p
