举个例子：

24. The Income Tax Act does not define FMV. The generally accepted meaning, however, is the highest price, expressed in a dollar amount, that the property would bring, in an open and unrestricted market, between a willing buyer and a willing seller who are both knowledgeable, informed, and prudent, and who are acting independently of each other.

让我解释一下：
FMV--- fair market value
- z& l: K9 p# L+ b0 R- `8 v3 EThis is the way a product is evaluated on the market
比如　一套Courseware软件
( Z' O3 X1 _7 f4 l4 W( course on the computer)( 关于 Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or word的学习)
6 Z9 s8 X6 j( cThe fair marker value是 $100.
& m% c. b0 F$ D2 f$ g8 Z如果你捐了$1000 到Charity 1 Millenniums Charitable Foundation, 你收到tax receipt $1000.
你同时还得到The Global Learning Trust 的package of  30 courseware. 你把这些package 捐到 Canadian charity association. 你又会得到 receipt  $3000.

我好像能捞不少回来。

你发明了一个软件，而且一定要到一个注册的慈善团体捐助，并且你需要找一个评估师来评估你的这个软件的FMV,然后才算你的donation and gift in kind.

! d1 K, Y2 ]- w# k! E/ |这就是个漏洞，但并不是每个人都会利用这个漏洞。
