Organize Leadership Training Sessions

- set up a plan for the span of the project (Jan 08 – Dec 08) for weekly meetings
- c6 {- J6 `: l0 s0 j& Z1 d- use project proposal to ensure time is spent with all identified areas

- work with media consultant to ensure good coverage of project

Professional Development

- With program manager, create proposals to continue funding of this project. * U! `- \. v- z/ r
- Also with program manager, create a logic model for each project with activities; short, medium, and long term outcomes; and indicators& a& z+ v1 b8 f4 A, H- h! H

- submit quarterly reports to program manager and timely reports according to requirements of each funder

Qualifications for this Position

- excellent knowledge of the issue of racism in Canadian society
6 V/ C& u3 I2 e6 @* g1 I5 B- demonstrated leadership abilities with youth
" S$ t- o4 u" A/ ^# e& L- experience with project coordination# Y. C' K: r5 u- m# u2 ~
- degree or diploma in human services field
