区分no crank and no start condition

no crank 指的是转动钥匙到starter 位置，发动机没有任何被转动的迹象。通常是starter 坏掉了，或者电瓶电量不足。---用你的锁方向盘的大铁锁震震 starter ,可能见效。
no start 指的是转动钥匙到starter 位置， 发动机被转动。但是就是打不起火来。通常是由于fuel （参考本网页的相关内容）或者 ignition system 你自己最好会测量spark plug 。.

5.        简单测定charging and battery:  晚间，打开high bean, 面对着墙，idle the engine, 然后轻轻depress the gas pedal, RPM = 1800 - 2000,  如果灯光亮度变化，说明Generator 正常， 电瓶可能该更换了。
