Specific responsibilities
- Prospect and cold call on new business, maximize marketing opportunities
; g5 S) n3 ~3 w( e( B( C( u+ O/ y- Organize and perform the activity of brand promotion
7 Q. N2 A( q2 K- Build brand famousness and favorite among custom community.
, [) P7 b4 `$ E# s) d- Maintain partnership programs with customers
- Review and respond customer inquiries
- prepare marketing plans for new market segments
- Attend marketing meetings, set objectives
6 \/ O6 k2 }0 V* b! h: O- Proposals and presentations
3 e& |8 p6 [4 l- T! D( k6 B: X- Project management, budget preparation (team work)
- Identify potential commercial risks
- Clarify and answer commercial questions after the quotations
- Make research and selection of the targeting market, and organize to make the annual market development plan.
( }* |- ^2 H( X& X" ?: O7 E- Prepare the marketing research report regularly
" n5 D+ l$ e( r- Effectiveness of costs control of marketing development
: x; Y$ A. Z9 b- n1 O6 A, w' G3 IRequirements:
! l" E* w3 k8 h( ~3 V( a) L- Post-secondary education certificate (ideally from administration, marketing, and/or engineering)
- 3+ years successful related experience background
- Previous working experience in China would be an asset
- Flexible for travel within the China, and North America or Europe occasionally.
" u: W+ k* i" P3 B# ^- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Chinese language skills are an asset.
- Outgoing, confident, consultative rapport builder
9 E  }, X$ t4 Q$ e6 |- ~& q: d- Effective closing and follow up skills, project management
( ?1 w$ M4 N( o6 e- P- Responsible and accountable
- Self-managed and able to work independently
- Highly organized and effective time management and problem solving skills
- Proficient administrative & computer skills for MS office, presentations
