Specific responsibilities
1 ~3 b7 z7 O, h; c: B6 h- Prospect and cold call on new business, maximize marketing opportunities
- Organize and perform the activity of brand promotion
% h' f7 \5 s, U, W5 h  l- Build brand famousness and favorite among custom community.
# W. }" |6 H; Z' h& R- Maintain partnership programs with customers
) }- Q1 T6 i$ J4 Y. _, i3 ^- Review and respond customer inquiries
" w( F" _% {* ^# z7 R+ a% n- prepare marketing plans for new market segments
- Attend marketing meetings, set objectives
$ w# O2 P$ v9 [5 T- Proposals and presentations
- Project management, budget preparation (team work)
- Identify potential commercial risks
- Clarify and answer commercial questions after the quotations
- Make research and selection of the targeting market, and organize to make the annual market development plan.
+ l& o; f0 Q4 [5 U& d/ E: M* d- Prepare the marketing research report regularly
5 U, i! Q# B! Z. e- Effectiveness of costs control of marketing development
Requirements:
5 N' p5 E% B, r3 H9 _  A5 S" w. m- Post-secondary education certificate (ideally from administration, marketing, and/or engineering)
0 B  i9 q! ^; p0 ^8 O. W" ^- 3+ years successful related experience background
- v/ _# D. `- i7 y$ F- Previous working experience in China would be an asset
) |7 _# B, g  D- Flexible for travel within the China, and North America or Europe occasionally.
$ c# R0 @2 ?  U1 [- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
% a& [8 g3 w$ c, s$ v2 B' ^- Chinese language skills are an asset.
9 }" g5 t6 R  b% s, R- Outgoing, confident, consultative rapport builder
1 P- K& J% w7 q8 r9 L- Effective closing and follow up skills, project management
. Z! _8 ]3 w7 j" ?; u1 F5 x- Responsible and accountable
8 W5 `8 W4 J8 k9 `$ Y' h% M- Self-managed and able to work independently
% R9 P, {8 W' g) A/ }- |$ T- Highly organized and effective time management and problem solving skills
- Proficient administrative & computer skills for MS office, presentations
- Valid North America or European passport
- Valid driver’s license.
