Marketing Manager

Specific responsibilities
) a# K( G6 L# I- Prospect and cold call on new business, maximize marketing opportunities
/ y% X& W7 n, m! j- Organize and perform the activity of brand promotion
7 E- M3 }6 @* o( B; j% `9 l- Build brand famousness and favorite among custom community.
/ L7 X4 G) _+ L- Maintain partnership programs with customers
- Review and respond customer inquiries
  ?; h4 R) }2 x; F) c6 ]- prepare marketing plans for new market segments
- Attend marketing meetings, set objectives
1 V* I/ J9 b! e- Proposals and presentations
- Project management, budget preparation (team work)
6 ~2 ^% I. S& P# V( e% M- Identify potential commercial risks
- Clarify and answer commercial questions after the quotations
- Make research and selection of the targeting market, and organize to make the annual market development plan.
- Prepare the marketing research report regularly
- Effectiveness of costs control of marketing development
+ I0 g$ D' B  J; }Requirements:
- Post-secondary education certificate (ideally from administration, marketing, and/or engineering)
$ p9 j5 m- C) f, L$ J# L- 3+ years successful related experience background
# o/ |' g/ d# S, P7 W( r- Previous working experience in China would be an asset
- Flexible for travel within the China, and North America or Europe occasionally.
4 o2 P7 n# d: n, Z' e- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Chinese language skills are an asset.
- Outgoing, confident, consultative rapport builder
- Effective closing and follow up skills, project management
- Responsible and accountable
- Self-managed and able to work independently
- Highly organized and effective time management and problem solving skills
- Proficient administrative & computer skills for MS office, presentations

1 N+ k2 r8 L" @" N; N4 [- Valid driver’s license.
