新房怎么预装音响和保安系统？

新房在建，想预先布线装音响和保安系统，但不知道什么品牌好，哪家保安系统服务商好，布线及设备接出位置在房间哪里效果最好。恳请有经验的大侠们，给点建议。

好像BUILDER都会给你一个供货商的LIST,然后你去选。如果你是找BUILDER建的话。

你去每家SUPPLIER的时候会有专门的人给你介绍什么的。这是BUILDER应该给你提供的服务，不用自己找这么麻烦

For security system. you can get the builder to do the rough-in for you OR after possession, the security company will install for you at no cost if you signed contract (3 years service) with them. As for HT audio system, you can do it the same time when you develop the basement but if it is a whole-house system, your builder will get you to pay extra and it has to be done before drywalling.

我想装音箱在天花板上，所以一定要请builder做。现在主要是对音箱的品牌和位置没概念。除了bose的，不知道哪个牌子好。bose的应该价格很贵。

保安系统是想装有线的，所以还是position前布好线，不然可能要在墙上穿洞。

就是因为list可能有几家，所以需要自己选。不了解以什么标准选，唯一可比的也许只有价格。

Are you an audiophile? Bose這個牌子在audiophile心中沒有位置，價錢超高不值得, PA system 只要音色清晰便可以了。

我只希望播放音乐时，楼上楼下都能听到还原比较真实的音色。我绝不是发烧级的，所以不了解各品牌的特点。以前一个朋友家家庭影院用的bose，音色不错而且小巧，印象深刻。

Trust your ears, go to the builder's suppliers and audition the different speakers they provide.

We are talking about ceiling speakers, right? If your friend's HT system involves standmounted or floorstanding speakers, that will be a totally different story.

It is called "Whole Home Audio System". My builder has choices of "Nuvo" and "Niles". The price is $3000 with NuVo 4 zones system. Check their website at

it is easy. you just leave wires on the ceiling. after you move in, you buy speakers and install them. you could do all by yourself.

保安系统--same thing. Need rough wire in and after you move in, you could choose service provider. they will give you a lot of choice and come to finish final installation.

The builder is going to wire recently, I am not sure I can make choice to install or just wire if I don't buy any equiptment now.

you do not need to care 保安系统. there is standard for those wiring. and after you choose the service, they will tell you which kind of equipment they will hook up.

but you need to tell them where you put your speakers. most electricians do not have experience to wire 音响.

$3000 can get you a system with some good name floorstanders which are a lot better than Bose and you can get even hi-end stuff if you look at used ones. I myself won't spend $3k for those ceiling speakers, I think it is not worthy.

记得有人说大约800多块预先装的。估计13楼的是所有系统，包括功放，控制器什么的。只是布线加speaker，我希望不超过1k。等见了开发商的供应商就知道了。

现在最急于了解的是音箱的位置。一个房间的天花板上是不是至少也要装2个？这个基本问题还没搞清楚。本来估计供应商会给建议，现在看来自己必须要做决定。

房子的中轴线的1/6到1/4处装1个，尽量靠墙。至少2个，左右声道

有点没明白，中轴线怎么尽量靠墙呢？我理解是在靠墙的一边，距离左右两侧墙1/6到1/4处各装一个。

Just learned Totem,Monitor Audio and PSB also make ceiling speakers, these brand names all are better than Bose, 都在音晌發燒界佔有一席位置, you may wanna consider and audition them.
It is said that Nuvo is good too.

汇报一下，希望能给其他人参考。

音箱线预埋是按一个房间大约150块算的，至于装几个音箱是自己选的。现在有单个音箱可以播放立体声的，当然装2个音箱就得付2个的钱，不过据说单个音箱价格和2个加起来的也差不多。因为单个音箱功能多一点，可以调不同方向（我理解是里面有2个speaker），还能保证音色。
