I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
- o0 d0 a' [' F  q9 `/ H+ T) l) K(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
  Q' V/ F! |! s3 X  BSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
5 D& B* G3 i) A- Qbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
6 u3 c$ Y, o& z' [30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
( A  a0 u7 ^6 e; w, zmonths, so it is still quite clean.

7 N$ U' J9 v; j/ UYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
5 I8 G: L( G# k; c; \/ Y: dcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
