NDT Technician
Position Overview:

1 ~# R' v& y7 m; e3 ^: W[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

  Q" K6 ]1 D, G' o% G( XUltrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings
! ^0 @; j; r) Q5 U" o0 |, p
  i( S7 g' {/ r, ]# V2 J! jTechnicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I

/ l/ Y: {1 L1 `0 T* A: J3 pResponsibilities:
$ Q# |) H1 E8 d$ S4 A' p9 f2 V
Operate Ultrasonic's equipment
Interpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
! d/ A/ D5 f/ E9 FPrepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
+ o% U$ e2 ~" z. c4 G: `# QThis includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
; n* Q# s) k6 O: ~2 S, G5 xStenciling testing locations
Clearing testing locations / dig clean
Required Skills:
- t9 L5 ]. h2 H$ Q3 c
Knowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
# @* L- r2 `! L3 `3 `# ^3 YAbility to drive in tailings locations
( F# [$ |/ g8 ~2 l& g, YKnowledge of plant lines
* e. d; I; r8 i: F; }Knowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

Additional Information:

This position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.
