Position Overview:

[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

Ultrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings

$ T# u  Z! o7 f9 m. P) W! L3 bTechnicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I

' n* W6 H8 G/ P# T: L% U9 e+ tOperate Ultrasonic's equipment
Interpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
  q$ \& x2 [/ F$ N  P8 a1 ^. O# WPrepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
9 l, i3 f. R' ?# s( BThis includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
- K; Q- u, @+ X: j5 o! E' \Stenciling testing locations
- ~9 v" w4 w! XClearing testing locations / dig clean
8 {/ U( V, v# H  VRequired Skills:

Knowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
' N0 w: ]4 V2 o' ^" u9 W& yAbility to drive in tailings locations
Knowledge of plant lines
Knowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

Additional Information:

7 h! Y, j! n( H; \0 IThis position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.

Wages range from $20-$40/hr
