Primary Focus  
The Pipeline Integrity department is looking for a Senior Engineer to provide engineering analysis and expertise to support crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of programs, with a strong focus on inline inspection programs that identify, monitor, and mitigate these pipeline threats.  
Responsibilities  
The primary responsibilities are to:

-Develop of crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs, including selection of features, development of associated trending, and determination of reinspection intervals.
" {4 J4 X- P+ C5 [6 w
-Provide technical expertise related to fitness for purpose calculations and field NDE as related to crack and mechanical damage threats.
: Z- x" K! z( L6 b3 {6 w+ t& t
: ]9 N! G4 A! q! O4 YServe as an internal technical expert on fitness for purpose assessments.

7 q  c5 l, z' N4 pEnsure that all standards and procedures related to crack management programs and mechanical damage programs are up to date and available to all users.

0 ?, ^. N) M/ j+ }Maintain leading edge expertise related to pipeline crack threat through ongoing review of industry publications, attending appropriate training and industry conferences.

Bachelors degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of related experience. Or a masters degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Requires exceptional communication and report writing skills.

/ _: H  T4 a4 ySelf-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a team player.

& k* q0 H- {% i6 f( vExcellent functional knowledge of computer applications applicable to the Pipeline Industry.
! E# t, H( N' g) w( \
8 y; k* Q% }; k- F4 i! ]0 AProject management experience and the ability to work within a large organization.

A broad based, solid understanding of the business of pipelines is important.
