Primary Focus  
The Pipeline Integrity department is looking for a Senior Engineer to provide engineering analysis and expertise to support crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of programs, with a strong focus on inline inspection programs that identify, monitor, and mitigate these pipeline threats.  
  U+ Q# b3 e( Q. a5 E Responsibilities  
# _  d9 n- O: y' n3 R6 O The primary responsibilities are to:
' y, B5 X$ m) @1 g; r
-Develop of crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs, including selection of features, development of associated trending, and determination of reinspection intervals.

-Provide technical expertise related to fitness for purpose calculations and field NDE as related to crack and mechanical damage threats.
' Z  a+ P7 o" U* C! i2 D! A" {: W
/ r4 X. Z& c9 F+ l! [  F" B! y4 N" EServe as an internal technical expert on fitness for purpose assessments.
) S6 u1 j9 @/ ]
Ensure that all standards and procedures related to crack management programs and mechanical damage programs are up to date and available to all users.

9 i* s  K6 e9 g: H$ w( f: ~Maintain leading edge expertise related to pipeline crack threat through ongoing review of industry publications, attending appropriate training and industry conferences.  
$ i% z5 O# C/ }- R8 A0 M4 n6 i Qualifications  
3 V. a- V2 F$ h8 r: W Bachelors degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of related experience. Or a masters degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Requires exceptional communication and report writing skills.

Self-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a team player.

  j3 ]" Y' j3 n) j  WExcellent functional knowledge of computer applications applicable to the Pipeline Industry.
! Z  J  e1 y/ n4 I& w9 d
Project management experience and the ability to work within a large organization.
+ K  L' t8 {% z& J
( L# N% x) y: O, E  x0 n; t4 [! Z4 e% rA broad based, solid understanding of the business of pipelines is important.
