Notes to the photographer

* Z2 O3 |$ ]! t2 ]7 N4 n★ 2 identical photos, (black and white or colour) produced from the same untouched negative,
: y) K4 K7 _0 r/ K+ uor exposed simultaneously by a split-image or multi-lens camera;
r( E C9 ?' c★the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos.# }0 u. C i6 z* G
The photos must:0 x: w/ m7 h: _
★show a full front view of the person's head centered in the middle of the photo;
* G* {! Y: C3 R0 Z" j6 H& d3 M# I★have a plain white background;
) l! G& G+ ?% a- L★a plain white signature strip (no more than 10mm and no less than 6mm deep) at the bottom;
2 M i6 I9 k& `8 r( b# x★be produced on single weight matte paper.

1 J" t1 ]5 Z5 m. C; M★35mm x 53mm finished size;

★citizenship photos must have been taken within 12 months of the date of the application;

★adults and children 14 years of age and older must sign their name in black or blue ink in the white signature area below each! e7 C5 F6 f* t' F. V# Q
