The Social Recreation & Life Skills Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination, administration & evaluation of 3 programs, the Saturday Recreation Program, Summer Fun Camps and the Youth Life Skills Development Program. *(Children ages 6-15). The coordinator also dedicates 7 hrs. per week to the Challenge by Choice Program. (*Youth 16-18) The coordinator also contributes time to the Education Program as it relates to children/youth when time permits. Hours of work vary to accommodate Saturday programming, Youth Life Skills Program after school 4-6pm & Challenge by Choice after school 4-6 pm. $ Q% }* |2 l& ]1 z& b4 {

Qualifications include: a relevant post-secondary human services degree; knowledge and experience working with children and youth affected by mental illness; a minimum of 2 years directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience working with children/youth; able to work flexible hours (including some evenings/weekends).
