The Desktop Support Team Leader is a supervisory/advisory position that is responsible for the support of the City of Edmonton desktop environment, including geographical support City wide:

· Supervising a team of technical staff, which will include staff recruitment, setting performance expectations, evaluations, mentoring and coaching.

2 m0 t9 W" o6 s! s: o: I1 o· Planning, coordinating and allocating staff to ensure effective & efficient support of City desktops.
