2 _9 w1 f& L2 TOur Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
' t* P0 j4 q& B- t+ v5 RPost-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
/ v5 T" s% |& ]; ?9 QExcellent communication and negotiation skills
4 Z" Q$ m) i$ s. r% b0 P  uExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
Current knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
