Our Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
- q% [# g8 o9 FPost-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
. Z) Q/ C2 b* @/ ?: {/ eUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
' L% ~, T. {5 b) k& i E LExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants

Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments , P- p9 t9 d, Y- i8 ]9 d$ L. |
