Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.

9 f9 c. }0 `, NExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
6 Q1 w4 Q3 W& M! c5 E! eExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
. u/ c( w$ b% a+ _9 D% [8 hExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
: o. |+ L# I/ O  o+ }4 Q1 a' X0 B6 MStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
; m7 Z3 ]& Z$ R7 N- m/ o6 eUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
Professional appearance and presentation
