Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
) F" V5 |' i; {0 A: A+ GExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
1 e1 ~; {: i" F4 Q1 aAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
" Z& a' D+ H) j, d. `* g* gExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
) P3 d8 N! C$ |# z3 GExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
6 T5 u) p' z. Q4 oComputer proficiency
1 [( D/ D( J6 H  M. u% iStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
