Attached的么？如果那样40w左右比较合理。个人感觉，现在看房得多，真正下手的少，都在观望。要想卖得快，平价是王道，否则拖到冬天，降价也卖不掉~

楼上去看了SHOWHOME吗，我看的是attached，楼上看的detached的价格，大约多少呢？刚开始看房，对很多新区还不大了解价格。
