This is a nine month appointment, with the possibility of extension.

% }8 x& z% [: @Supports a team that is responsible for developing and maintaining desktop and on-line applications using Oracle databases, Oracle tools (Forms and Reports 6i), and Java in various flavors
7 J" ~- ?; _9 Y2 B5 fModifies forms and reports according to client specifications
$ c% m% d# R5 V* a9 U9 aCreates and modifies web-based front ends using Java, JSP and Struts
Assists in the conversion of applications from older Oracle tools to an Oracle Application Server environment
Qualifications
B.Sc. in Computing Science; equivalent experience considered
7 t: \( H8 H5 c% j- j; ASeveral years related experience in a similar environment
Knowledge and experience in Java, JSP, Struts, Eclipse, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports 6i
Knowledge and exposure to Oracle Application Server Enterprise Edition 10g and Oracle Forms and Reports 10g would be a definite asset
Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail
2 v. i! H; y. v4 f0 \5 d. w% kOutstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills, strong commitment to client service, and a professional and positive approach
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a highly dynamic, energetic and demanding team
