Lac La Biche County is hiring for the full-time position of Manager, Human Resources. The
9 Y+ V- a3 W4 |. \Manager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
ment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
; L6 K) K5 A1 r; s1 `The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Ÿ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
: Z7 B; i9 J  |& Pthe organization;
# n2 K% z2 k1 b3 fŸ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
Ÿ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
( x! K1 M1 r) psupport;
" r. r4 H( Z( BŸ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
implementing staff wellness programs;
* p8 v& H: O- s/ AŸ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;
3 [3 q0 H4 [  @; tŸ Other duties as required.

Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
education and experience;
/ C1 [% O. r8 X# p/ B1 ]8 bŸ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
Ÿ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
verbal and written.
Lac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
8 J& G: K5 B$ p( ~4 s0 N8 r$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

successful candidate will be required to provide a criminal records check with vulnerable sector,
driver's abstract, and medical assessment.  Candidates will be advised of this requirement at the
