• Familiarize with the assigned process units
& ~7 x4 N; \' ^" I8 |/ x• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
1 O6 _# U, K" w0 x, i. o! L• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc. W k% T% o q) D7 x) |
• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
% C+ M( i. D* n8 f6 M D• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation
$ D( x$ d9 o# G$ w G• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
* h) E# D" ~7 d& ?6 O" m5 w( N _# q• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers
